I am a trained miller and agronomist. During my training and university education I worked intensively on the question of grain breeding for organic agriculture. Afterwards I worked for many years on the further development of quality in a Demeter mill. For me, quality is not limited to raw materials and cultivation, but also includes social interaction. My current work focuses on international cooperation and project development for raw materials, for herbal medicines and natural cosmetics.
