In the early 1990s I worked as a consultant in organic viticulture and soon became inspired by the holistic approach of biodynamic cultivation. In my freelance work since 2000, consultancy, training and know-how transfer have always been a core area of my activities in diverse agricultural projects. My interest is to encounter the earth with respect and to support farmers in their pioneering work for the planet and healthy food.
