We want to become biodynamically active in an open, honest and cordial encounter with the people involved. To work on the biodynamic foundations and their extensions in an atmosphere of mutual acceptance, common interest, human, technical and methodical competence – without fixed concepts, systems or models. We are interested in processes and see ourselves in this sense as development partners. The diversity of people and cultures should fertilise and enrich the processes. We want to become active from an inner attitude of abundance. The exchange of experiences and knowledge should lead to independence and self-responsibility, in no case to dependency. Transparency and cooperation are the foundations of joint development work. We work together with the development facilitators who share our impulse of biodynamic consulting.
